CAGUAS, P.R- Former super bantamweight world champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. is back and ready to take his career to another level. Wilfredo will clash this upcoming Saturday November 1st against Mexican warrior Jonathan Arellano in the main event for the Solo Boxeo Tecete successful series on UNIMAS from the Hector Sola Bezares Coliseum in Caguas, Puerto Rico.

“I have train really hard for this fight I know exactly where I am and where I am going. I will have a big win Saturday night against Arellano” said a confident Vazquez Jr.

 Accepting his youthful mistakes about leaving his dad away for the last 3 years Vazquez Jr. is trully concern about how important was the voice of his dad in a fight

 “I really have to admit that I wasn’t the same without my father, he means the world to me. Now I feel confident and motivated again, and with a captain in my corner. For the first time in my career I want this win by knockout”, Vazquez Jr. said.

Jonathan Arellano also feels confident about this fight and having a solid win over the former Puerto Rican Champion

“I came here very confident of what I need to do to win. I will go after him and pressure him to the end. I am 100% phisicaly ready for this fight and I can wait to get into the ring this Saturday” Jonathan Arellano said.

Vazquez Jr. vs. Arellano will for the WBC’s; Vacant USNBC Featherweight Title.

In the co-main event super featherweight undeafeated prospect Alberto “El Explosivo” Machado (8-0, 6KO’s) will clash against contender Alvin Torres (7-1-2, 5KO’s) in a 8 round fight for the WBC’s Vacant USNBC Super Featherweight Title.

"THE COMEBACK" will be part of the 'Solo Boxeo Tecate' series presented on UNIMAS  and is promoted by  Miguel Cotto Promotions in association with Top Rank and H2 Entertainment.
