The weights are in for Saturday's card at Foro Tecate in Tijuana. In the main event, Jorge El “Maromerito” Páez (35-4-1, 21 KO’s) will face “Rudy” Quintanilla (13-2-3, 10 KO’s) in a welterweight contest. Páez came in at 146 pounds, while Quintanilla was 144.2 pounds. Also on the card as the co-featured attraction, Alejandro “Cobrita” González (19-0-2, 13 KO’s) and  José “Tigre” Cayetano (15-1-0, 7 KO's) will do battle in a ten round contest.

Maromerito appears to finally be taking boxing seriously. He's got potential and the skills to be a champion, IMO.
