Photos/Weights: Arreola-Mitchell, Marquez-Esquivias

The weights are in for Saturday's heavyweight showdown at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, Calififornia. Golden Boy Promotions is staging the Showtime televised doubleheader. In the main event, a high stakes brawl between Chris Arreola and Seth Mitchell. Both boxers weighed in at 242-pounds, which is lower than what both fighters weighed for fights which took place earlier this year.

In the co-feature, former champion Rafael Marquez will return to action in his first appearance as a Golden Boy promoted boxer. He weighed in at 126-pounds, while his opponent Efrain Esquivias was a bit over at 126.4.

Also on the undercard of Arreloa vs Mitchell, 2004 Puerto Rican Olympian Carlos Velasquez looks to put his first former world champion under his belt. Velasquez had over 250 amateur fight beating the likes of Yuriokis Gamboa and many other top fighters. Velasquez weighed 126.2 while Ramos weighed 125.3.

I don't think Seth will get past the 5th round with Arreola. I know one thing unless this turns out to be a great war the losers career is in big jeopardy.
