WBC Super featherweight champion Takahiro Aoh (22-2-1, 10KOs) is training hard at the Teiken Gym in Tokyo, Japan. Aoh revealed to the press that  his condition is quite good and he changed his tactis to drop down in weight for this camp. Previously, Aoh took in less water to reduce his weight. But this time he took in water and food in a good balance and keept training efficiently. Aoh already had more than 100 rounds of sparring with Filipino boxers.

Aoh was shadow boxing, hitting the mitts and sparring with a Philippines boxer for two rounds. In sparring, Aoh’s fast and quick jabs hit his partner, GAB ranked Ryan Sermona from the Philippines. Aoh was very fast with his hands and his feet.

He defends his title against Thai opponent Terdsak Kokietgym (46-3-1, 31KOs), well known for his tough battle with Juan Manuel Marquez. The fight will be held at the Tokyo International Forum Hall in Tokyo, Japan on April 6th. The fight will be broadcasting by the Nippon Television Network.
