"I prepared myself for more than four months for this fight that he said will be a war, I have a lot of respect for Jorge outside of the ring, but as soon as the bell rings everything will change, I need that victory and I will do everything to get it because winning would bring very good things in my career," said Alvarez.

"The friendship stays outside, because in the ring we are two warriors that look for victory and I do not have options but to win this fight and I will not give an inch, we both need that victory and I will win at whatever costs I would like to finish it by knockout but it is something that I can't predict," Paez said.
