Juan Francisco Estrada closed the strong stage of his preparation in Hermosillo, where he tested his stamina with 12 rounds of sparring at the rhythm of the fight, and at the seven-day pre-weighin, he had no problem being within the allowed limits.
Estrada (36-3-0, 25 KO's) will face Felipe Orucuta (36-4-0, 30 KO's) on Saturday the 8th, at the Forum in Inglewood, leading the "Superfly 3" card that will be televised in Mexico by the Casa del Boxeo, Azteca 7.
The card will be a promotion of 360 Promotions by Tom Loeffler in co-promotion with Zanfer Promotions by Fernando Beltrán.
This Friday, Estrada boxed for twelve intense rounds in the Caballero Boxing Gym of Hermosillo, where he had no problems with condition and endurance. He looked powerful, precise and very fast.
"The camp we did for five weeks in Jiquipilco did us very well. I feel very strong and with a lot of physical work. I know that Orocuta will be a very tough opponent, very demanding, and we will get ready for a 12-round war," said a sweaty Estrada.
"In the two trainings and runs in Hermosillo we have sweated a lot and we are already at the weight range."
