Photo: Sergio Martinez Belts Spain's Sports President

The President of the National Sports Council of Spain, Miguel Cardenal, has been presented with a magnificent WBC green and gold belt by former middleweight champion, Sergio 'Maravilla' Martinez, in recognition of his outstanding support for Sports.
 
'Maravilla' has gifted three replicas of his belt, to: Pope Francis on October 2013, to Argentina's President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner in October 2012, and now to Miguel Cardenal, praising the steadfast efforts of the Spanish Government. The belt depicts the image of the boxer along with the King, Don Felipe VI.
