Parker: 'Glass Chin' Joshua - We Know, He Knows, Everybody Knows!

WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KOs) is getting his power punches ready to check the chin of IBF, IBO, WBA champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs).

A deal is nearly wrapped up for the two heavyweights to collide on March 31 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

Parker has already departed for the UK, to take part in a potential fight announcement in the coming days.

Joshua is very irritated with the verbal attacks from Parker and members of his team.

He was especially angered after press conference was held in New Zealand, by Parker and promoter David Higgins, to discuss the topic of Joshua's "glass chin."

Parker and members of his team believe that Joshua has very little punch resistance when it comes to his jaw and they expect the British superstar is going to get decked cold when they get him in the ring.

"All we have said is that Joshua has a glass chin," Parker said The Daily Telegraph. "We know it, he knows it, everybody knows it, they just don't talk about it. We saw him get dropped by Wladimir Klitschko but he still had the heart to get up and finish the fight – I'll give him that – but if I catch him and hurt him I'm not going to give him the chance to recover.

"I won't be letting him off the hook. If I get him in the trouble Klitschko had him in, there is no chance for him. I'll go in fast, I'll go in hard, and I'll go in for the kill. He won't be able to recover against me."

Parker is also far from impressed with Joshua's record.

"The truth is that all the fights he has had from the beginning [of his career] have been in his favour, and he's had everything his way. I think if my team had not come up with a plan we wouldn't be talking about this fight coming up," Parker said.

[QUOTE=Mike Dog;18411881]What did you forgot about rounds 5 and 6 against Wlad? Joshua had him in all sorts of trouble early in the 5th but couldn't get him out of there, he folded. In return Wlad then let him off…

[QUOTE=Sid-Knee;18411090]Parker isn't going to stand in front of AJ and take the punches clean. He won't last long doing that. I hope he does though. It would be real quick if he did. AJ folds????? What the hell are you…

So I guess if Joshua has such a glass chin, this should be a cake walk for Parker, right? Ok Parker, we'll all be watching.
