Mayweather Sr: Floyd Will Face Pacquiao Next, With a Test

By Edward Chaykovsky

Trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. said his son, unbeaten Floyd Mayweather Jr., would be more than happy to fight Manny Pacquiao in his next scheduled fight. The only issue, as always, is the subject of random Olympic style drug testing. Both camps differ on the subject. Pacquiao claims that he already agreed to Mayweather's demand for random Olympic style testing, and Mayweather claims the Filipino champion has yet to agree.

Mayweather will challenge WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz on September 17. Pacquiao defends his WBO title against Juan Manuel Marquez on November 12.

"If [Pacquiao] says that he's going to take the test, then Floyd will fight him. All he has to do is take the test. That's all he has to do. He can't beat little Floyd. There is no way that he can beat Floyd. All he has to do is take the test," Floyd Sr. said.

Not directed to fdo, more toward reticent Pac fans..... This has nothing to do with Pac, if you are assuming that this is just vitriol to rubbish Manny, then give yourself an uppercut. This is about Bob Arum. And if…

Fdo, I will proceed anyway, without waiting for you to comfirm the date, because May 2nd is the only date mentioned by Greenburg, and you will easily be able to independently confirm that. May 2nd, right ? Check out the…
HBO's president acting as a middleman between floyd's and pacquiao's manager is NOT a negotiation?
Greenburg ? No way, of course not. Besides, Team Mayweather categorically denied that the couple of calls from Greenburg to Haymon were anything even close…
