The MGM Grand in Las Vegas will host bout. The fight is a rematch of their May 3rd meeting, which Mayweather won with a tough twelve round majority decision.
The tour will begin in New York City and the final stop will be in Los Angeles. The other cities will reportedly include Chicago, Washington DC and San Antonio.
Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya will not be a part of the tour. He will be on vacation with his family. Golden Boy VP Eric Gomez will represent Golden Boy on the tour.
De La Hoya stated that WBC super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz is a strong possibility for the undercard against a yet to be determined opponent.
