When former WBA super flyweight champion Martin Castillo (33-3, 17KOs) returns on July 17 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, he will face fringe contender Alfredo Montano (9-8, 5KOs). The fight will be Castillo's first since last February's four-round knockout loss at the hands of Fernando Montiel.
Montano has lost his last two bouts by knockout and if Castillo has anything left, he should end this fight with fury and early on.
