Former four division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez, and his conditioning coach Angel "Memo" Hernandez, fired back at the recent allegations that Marquez's body is "not natural." During several recent interviews, Manny Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach questioned the natural generation of Marquez's newfound muscular physique. Marquez faces Pacquiao for a fourth time on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Marquez is brushing off the allegations, but brought up the lingering rumors regarding Pacquiao's alleged use performance enhancers.

"They can anything they want but they don't have any proof. I told them [I'll take a test] and I'm willing to do it together. Let's go and do it together. Before the last fight, there were accusations about him. We didn't care. We didn't know anything so we didn't bring it up. For this fight, for the last couple of weeks they started attacking me. If that's what they believe, let's go do it now," Marquez said.

Hernandez was a little more fired up, and he admitted that there could be a potential legal battle against Roach [and possibly others] for defamation. In an unexpected move, Hernandez revealed that he plans to have all of his fighters, including Marquez, under a year-round testing program which WADA [World Anti-Doping Agency] will regulate. Marquez said he had "no problems" with being tested 365 days a year.

"The allegations that have been implemented against my client and implemented against me as well. I think they are unfair. And its very illogical for a hall of famer to come out and say something like that. I met with attorneys and we are going to take the steps forward," Hernandez said.

"All of my fighters are going to be under the Olympic system. All of the fighters under contract with me, are going to be with WADA. All of my fighters, including Juan Manuel, will be tested all year round."

Hernandez later said that he's been working closely with USADA [United States Ant-Doping Agency], and took a shot at one of his biggest critics, BALCO Lab founder Victor Conte.

"I've been working with USADA for six years. I just don't talk [about it]. I'm not like some people in San Francisco and loves the media attention. You know who I'm talking about. The Twitter master. I don't do that. I'm a scientist. I'm a professional," Hernandez said.

"Go tell him to get a college degree. I have three of them."
