Krzysztof Zimnoch vs. Oliver McCall is Set For May 18th

By BoxingBet.pl

Former WBC heavyweight champion Oliver McCall (56-12, 37 KOs) will be back in the ring on May 18 at Arena Hall in Legionowo, Poland. The American veteran will face 29-year old Krzysztof Zimnoch (14-0-1, 11 KOs). The bout is scheduled for 8 rounds.

The almost 48-year old “The Atomic Bull” won the WBC heavyweight title in September of 1994 by beating favored Lennox Lewis, but lost the belt in the second defense by dropping a unanimous decision to Frank Bruno. McCall has been out of boxing since his loss to Francesco Pianeta in May of last year.

It’s worth to mention that the during the same show in Legionowo, fans will also see in action Oliver McCall’s son – Elijah McCall (11-2, 10 KOs), who also competes in the heavyweight division. The name of his opponent has not been announced yet.

I guess we will see what zimnoch is made of. If he can't win an 8 rd decision over mccall then he won't go far.
