Kazuto Ioka-Amnat Ruenroeng For IBF Crown on May 7

By Hisao Adachi

Kazuto Ioka (14-0, 9KOs) is looking to become a three division world champion on May 7th at the Bodymaker Colosseum in Osaka, Japan. He will challenge IBF flyweight champion Amnat Ruenroeng (12-0, 5KOs), who won the belt in January with a twelve round decision over Rocky Fuentes. Ioka won the WBC minimumweight title in 2011 and then followed that up by winning the WBA junior flyweight belt in 2012.

In the co-featured clash of the May card, Katsunari Takayama will defend the IBF minimumweight title against Shin Ono.
