Karo Murat Return Set; Batello Snags EU Title; Erittu-Rill For IBF

Boxe Loreni and Z! Promotions join forces for a show in Brescia (Italy) on June 21. Topping the bill are heavyweights Salvatore Erittu (28-2) and Franz Rill (12-1), who clash for the vacant IBF International title.

Erittu have spent most of his career at cruiser but won the national heavyweight title last year. Rill challenged Robert Helenius late last year for the vacant EBU Crown stepping in at short notice for his injured and / or suspended stablemate Erkan Teper but lost on points.

In the co-feature welterweight Timo Schwarzkopf (15-1) is in against Gianluca Frezza (25-3-2) also with the IBF Int´l belt at stake.

Belgian veteran Geoffrey Batello (32-5) entered the ring last night in Torino (Italy) as a big underdog in his fight the EU title against the champion Italian Maurizio Lovaglio (20-12) but floored Lovaglio three times in the fifth for a TKO win. Batello always had a punch but have suffered some bad knockout losses and was viewed as over the hill.

German light heavyweight Karo Murat (28-3-1) takes on Bolivan Esteban Tababary (30-18-2) on June 4 in Kassel (Germany) on this EC Boxing / Oeczan Cetinkaya promotion. Cetinkaya, 21-11-2 and a heavyweight, also fights on the show.

Tababary´s compatriot Saul Farah (59-20-2) face Swedish heavyweight prospect Adrian Granat (12-0).

Also on the bill are heavyweight Christian Hammer (19-4), lightheavy Sven Fornling (9-0) and cruiser Nikola Milacic (11-1).
