Jose Ramirez vs. Jose Zepeda LIVE Results: Servania, Diaz Shocked

MORE DETAILS TO COME...............

Save Mart Arena, Fresno - Carlos Castro (21-0, 9 KOs) picked up the biggest win of his pro career with a ten round unanimous decision over Genesis Servania (32-1, 15 KOs). The scores were 98-92; 100-90; 99-91. Castro wins the vacant WBC Continental Americas super bantamweight title.

Servania had built up a three fight win streak after losing to WBO champion Oscar Valdez, who was down in the fourth round.

Young super featherweight prospect Gabe Flores (12-0, 5 KOs) continued his streak of wins with a six round unanimous decision over Alex Torres (6-3). The judges scored it 60-54, 60-54 and 59-55.

Super featherweight Andy Vences (22-0-1, 12 KOs) returned for the first time since last July and won an dominant lopsided eight round decision over Dardan Zenunaj (14-6). All three judges saw it 80-72.

Super bantamweight prospect Isidro Ochoa (7-0, 3 KOs) stopped Jesus Guzman (7-2) in the fifth round of action.

Junior welterweight contender Cristian Coria (29-7-2, 13 KOs). shocked the odds with a third round knockout of Joel Diaz Jr. (24-2, 20 KOs).

After two close rounds, Coria came out swinging in the third and blew away Diaz Jr. in the third round. He stunned Diaz with a series of punches and then dropped him. Diaz got up on wobbly legs, and was knocked down hard with a hook that nearly took his head off. Diaz went down flat on his back and the referee quickly waved off the fight.

This is Diaz's second fight since getting destroyed by Regis Prograis in two rounds in July of 2017.

Heavyweight prospect Guido Vianello (2-0, 2 KOs) had some easy work in scoring a first round knockout of Andrew Satterfield (4-1).
