WBO super bantamweight champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce has hit Las Vegas. The Mexican champion has arrived for a meeting with Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, where the boxer will discuss his November 12 opponent. Arce will appear on the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez undercard at the MGM Grand. Arce will also appear this Saturday at the MGM Grand to support countryman Rafael Marquez, who challenges Japan's Toshiaki Nishioka for the super bantamweight title of the World Boxing Council (WBC).

"I came [to Las vegas] because I'll be speaking with Bob Arum, who plans to tell me who I'm fighting on November 12 on the Pacquiao-Marquez undercard," Arce said.

There has been talk of two possible challengers, one of which is Silence Mabuza of South Africa. A possible rematch with Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. is being discussed for early next year, but Arce would like to face WBO/WBC bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire, who plans to move up in early 2012.

"I would even fight with the devil. I have no fear of anyone. I would like to fight with the Colombian Yonnhy Perez," Arce said. "They want me to fight [Vazquez Jr.] in January or February, but there is nothing concrete. If they offer me good money, I'll be going to Puerto Rico, but I don't come cheap. After November 12, I want Nonito Donaire. And I don't want Grandma [Cristian] Mijares. He's no longer anyone. When I wanted a rematch, he didn't give me one. Now that I'm champion, he wants to fight me."
