Jo Jo Dan-Selcuk Aydin Rematch Ordered By The WBC

by Richard Cloutier

It seems that the WBC has finally decided to order a rematch between Selcuk Aydin (22-0-0) and Jo Jo Dan (29-1-0), with the WBC Silver welterweight title at stake. If you recall, their first fight was held on June 5, 2010 in Turkey, with Aydin winning a controversial split decision. Since the loss, Jo Jo Dan won all three of his fights, including a win against the former world champion Steve Forbes.
