By Rick Reeno has been advised that a deal is close for a super featherweight clash between Abner Cotto (18-2, 8KOs) and Javier Fortuna (25-0-1, 18KOs). The fight is being targeted for November 1 at the UIC Paillion in Chicago, which is going to be a Showtime televised quadrupleheader.
