Top bantamweight contender Hugo "Cuatito" Ruiz will return on March 29th in Mexico, when the boxer decides to move up in weight to chase after another world championship. In 2012 he lost a disputed twelve round split decision to WBA champion Koki Kameda in Japan. Since the loss to Kameda, Ruiz (33-2, 29KOs) has won two fights in a row, including a two round destruction of Giovanni Caro and a twelve round decision over former chmapion Julio Cesar "Pingo" Miranda.
