Glen Tapia Stops Bondorovas in Four: Jesse Hart Wins

Bally's Event Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey - Popular junior middleweight Glen Tapia (22-1, 14KOs) continues the rebuilding process with a thudding fourth round stoppage of Donatas Bondorovas (18-7-1, 6KOs). Tapia wins his second straight since last December's knockout loss to James Kirkland.

Super middleweight contender Jesse Hart (15-0, 12KOs) knocked out Roberto Acevedo (8-3, 5KOs) to capture the NABF championship.

Julian Rodriguez (6-0, 5KOs) knocked out Christian Steele (4-11-2, 1KO) in the fourth round of a junior welterweight fight.

Junior welterweight prospect Mike Reed (11-0, 6KOs) made his Top Rank promotional debut and won a six round unanimous decision over Osnel Charles (10-11-1, 1KOs). The scores were 60-52 twice & 59-53.

Rising super featherweight prospect Toka Kahn Clary (13-0, 9KOs) had no issues in putting away Camilo Perez (9-5-2) in four rounds.

Junior middleweight contender Mikael Zewski (25-0, 20KOs) used a fierce body attack to stop Robert Ventura (13-10, 13KOs) at 2:22 in the second round.

Heavyweight George Arias (1-0, 1KO) made his pro debut with a second round stoppage of Edwin Ranquillo (2-3, 1KO).

The main event features the return of local star, junior middleweight contender Glen Tapia, who faces Donatas Bondorovas.
