Garcia Targets Antonio Margarito Rematch in America

After the easy victory that Roberto “La Amenaza” García secured against Antwone Smith last Friday in Pharr, TX, García believes he is ready to face the best figthers at junior middleweight.

“I went several months without fighting and in my comeback I didn’t take a tuneup. Smith is a strong guy. I placed my trust in my condition and the work of my team, and now we are ready and confident to face the best.”

Eddy Marín of Bluewave Boxing stated - “we are confident that Roberto has the power to defeat the best. We are satisfied with this victory and this year we are going to search for the best fights for García ”

García added - “we would like a rematch with [Antonio] Margarito; this would be great if we can do it. If our promoters come together and reach an agreement to make this rematch - lets do it.”

“If the fight with Margarito can be made - I would like to have it happen here in Texas. We already fought [each other] in Mexico, and right now I believe that in United States it would be a big fight."

Margacheato doesn't deserve to fight anymore. We all saw that he was cheating, cause after being caught with plaster hands he has been KO time after time. Let's forget about this criminal. He ain't worth one penny from box fans.
