I agree. If Joshua really want this fight to happen, he must start taking initiatives himself. We want to hear him say that aggressively often. It is not enough for it to be left to Edie. Wilder and Fury are doing that themselves.
Fury has the two belts now and it will be ideal for Joshua to agree to a 50:50 split with Fury if he really wants this fight. I don't see it happening for anything less than that.
Even if Joshua/Fury fight happens, Joshua still has to fight Wilder wins or lose.
I am not surprised by the outcome of the fight, it was going to happen any time. Fury will also lose at some stage. So, Joshua has a lose by a 7th round stoppage and Wilder has the same. This makes Wilder's 3rd fight with Fury more relevant, if he decides to take it. If he wins his rematc, then he will be in the same position Joshua is in, two time champion except that Joshua is a unified champion.
