how you doing bro? I am good.. Just got home from the office, and I do not like my job.. I was told by my boss to spend more time mentoring the team, and encouraging them. I have a budget for it, and I guess I will have to throw a Year End Party in a month. Also, I guess, I will take my team out in groups to eat, too many to take at once. and I won't be effective if I take them out in groups of 10, so I will take 8 at a time.

today was a nice day, and I saw a lot of hot chicks on the train. you would love it.
