My wife is pushing for a standard, American type track home..
I’m pushing for an old school wabi/sabi home with load bearing walls made from
locally existing trees, utilizing wood lock joints, tatami, and a wooden bath tub, not connected to the house.. she wants track home.. American track home, where every 3rd or 4th home has the same floor plan.
The only thing we agree on is ferro concrete foundation, and a retaining wall.
