I honestly followed vargas and was a fan. I can tell you the moment he stopped being a good boxer. Before the Ross fight he was a great stick and mover, very very good. Then people started talking about his high ko percentage and he starred believing he was a knockout puncher. He wasn't. He tkod people from sheer overwhelming pressure and tactics. He came into the Ross then tito fight with that mentality and he stopped moving and tito got the better of it. As for tito, I never saw any of the attributes of a great boxer. Actually I think he was a very very bad boxer. Very fumbly and bumbly and amateurish. He was a power punching bully who was skinny and didn't look the part. But anyone with a pedigree took him apart. First Oscar, then Hopkins, then Roy. Vargas actually outboxed very well for most of the rounds but the first and last rounds were the first signs of his downfall.
