I just treat them like normal people and talk normally with them tbh on the odd chance I encounter them, I work for three different security firms so over a period off nearly 7 years I've worked big events off all kinds from sports to music, politics, general events , done static sites etc on 12 hour night shifts and I also do a doorman job as well which over here is known as bouncer work which as you know is very unpredictable line off work..
