You can't learn a new skill? Come on, man. Life requires us to learn new **** all the time. I'm not saying they have to be moguls but lots of regular people can own rental houses and collect that rent every month from here on out. It ain't rocket science. That's a steady income and retirement. Better than any 401K. I won't ever tell anybody how to make their living but anybody with any sense knows boxing past 40 especially is very dangerous.
