Yeah, I heard. Really wanted to see him try to keep the Gold medal streak for Kazakhstan at Welterweight, but I guess I don't mind this too much. It looks he wasn't even the favorite to represent Kazakhstan at 69kg anyways. Now he can work on his professional craft.
By the way, it looks like 49kg and 64kg will be the two divisions removed from the amateurs. Not sure if they will readjust the other weights.
