As for .45 glock you have a smaller option with .45 GAP

Glock makes 37/38/39 in .45 gap

The one I have is the full size 37. The 38/39 is compact, subcompact.

.45 GAP is shorter than regular .45 ACP.

But with modern powders is same power and same bullet sizes.

But .45 GAP glocks are smaller than the .45 ACP glocks.

Only drawback is .45 GAP is not as available.

Only glock makes guns for the caliber. And you'll have to order your ammo online or have the shop order it. Most stores don't stock it.
