My respect for Pacquiao would increase 10 fold if this is real, si as long as there is VADA testing.

arum: pacquiao doesnt want to fight crawford.

arum: the fight wont be competitive and i have love for manny so that's why i didnt want to make the fight, i dont want to see him get hurt at this point in his career.

arum: pacquiao is interested in fighting crawford outside of the US.

sounds more like arum did the reaching out.

Makes sense. He would make a lot fighting Crawford just like he would fighting Mikey Garcia only difference is beating Crawford adds to his legacy. Covid ****ed up Pac's timeline so he probably only fighting once this year if at all. It also puts pressure on Mikey to not overprice himself.

          Mikey priced himself out...

Probably using the PPV numbers in that Spence fight as leverage and proof he's worth the price he's asking.

Meanwhile Crawford's sh.itty PPV numbers with Khan may end up getting him the Pacquiao fight since he doesn't have the leverage (plus a joint ESPN-FOX promotion could actually make the PPV buy near the 1 million mark)

          It's all about the money.

Manny Pac is not represented by PBC anymore. He is free to fight on whatever network of his choice.

he's just trying to keep crawford's name in the mix..

a few days from now, team pac will come out with a statement similar to this "we have no idea what bob arum is talking about".
