Thoughts? Seems a lil soon to be pulling out. DAZN hasn't even been in the US a full year yet.

Hasn't there been rumors for a while that they were trying to get Amazon or some other big company to buy them to try to become the Netflix of sports? That's probably always what they were going to need to happen, just might need it sooner than later now

The author of the screenshot seems decisively anti-DAZN so I take it with a bit of salt. in fact, when people talk like that I pretty much ignore them.
That said, it's clear to me that they're doing something that cannot be sustained. Even basic economics students should see some red flags and the numbers simply don't add up. If I was an investor, my ass would be puckered looking at the speculated subs vs expenses.

But, like I said, I don't think they're going bust yet.

That's^ the only way it makes sense, is if they sell to someone who can use them. To dump in all that money and expect people to flock, for BOXING, is madness. But, if they can present a handsome package for Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, or someone with actual subs to pick up, they might make themselves a little bit of money for their efforts.
