Well, I rewatched the fight, sober, and volume off.
The fools who say GGG ran, what the fuck are you guys on besides Canelo's balls deep down your throat?
When and where exactly did GGG run? Did he back off on several occasions? Yes he did, and so did Canelo.
Props to Canelo for standing his ground, but GGG stood it just as much.
90% of the fight was at the center of the ring, both guys circling each other within a few feet of the central Tecate logo.
Roy Jones Jr. saying GGG ran? RJJ has brain damage and speech impairment.
And so do the rest of the people here who say that Canelo made GGG run.
As for the score, I gave Canelo every single benefit of the doubt, and 7-5 GGG was as low as I could find. Draw would have been acceptable amidst the corruption because GGG would have kept his titles. But 7-5 Canelo was straight robbery, whether it was by 1 point or 10, GGG did not deserve to lose his titles.
