This surprises me that you've got a promoter in Ryabinsky that isn't all bravado. I suppose he doesn't really need to be considering he doesn't exactly need to make money.

Povetkin is damn near 40 ain't he? He better be ready. Not to mention he should be ready if Joseph Parker comes down with the flu the day before the fight or anything else goes down.

I think Povetkin's prime slipped past when he was racking up solid wins and KOs but Wladimir was still holding down the division & their fight was too ugly to create demand for a rematch.

5 inches shorter than these giant freakozoid HWs, he needs to stray super aggressive to have a chance, and that requires youth (imagine a stocky 5'8" bruiser version of hopkins doing what he did in his 40s -- unlikely). There's not much time left.

Povetkin is being penalized for Hammer not trying to win who also outweighed Povetkin over some 20 pounds . I also think Povetkin wasn't exactly going for the kill himself i would say the term CARRYING isnt far fetched.

Povetkin style and size will only help Joshua no matter what . I would rank Povetkin over Parker still ,theres no reason not too. Povetkin still a top 5 fighter whos chances will dwindle more the longer he waits bc Joshua will only improve .

Doesn't matter and Usyk also beats Anthony Joshua handily but has a more difficult time with Povetkin.
