Are there rules against talking to the ref in between rounds if he doesn't come to your corner? In other sports you see the coaches working the ref during down time. A coach in the NBA will call a timeout just to talk to the ref about things he's seeing that the ref isn't calling. In Football the coach is in the refs ear up and down the sideline. In baseball the manager will come out of the dugout just to talk to the umps. You don't really see the trainers working the ref in boxing. If trainer is seeing something the ref isn't seeing can he go to the ref in the ring between rounds and talk to him?
