M.O.B baby! Been telling folks about Gibson, its step up time. Should be a great fight despite being on ESPN2.

The first card ended up being competitive fights but this is hands down the best fight on paper that Golden Boy has announced on ESPN. Orozco and Gibson both in their prime undefeated and the winner likely getting a title shot.

Keep going back and forth on this one first siding with Orozco because he's been in with better fighters but now thinking Gibson might be slick enough to win a decision.

Feels like a TV showcase fight for Orozco since he has been in with better comp. This is a bigger step up in comp for Gibson I think.

Bigger step up for Gibson but this is no showcase this is a dangerous fight for Orozco. He's faced better names but they were smaller and he faced them all after loses on the downside of their careers . Gibson is in his prime, bigger and damn skilled.

Good points. It just feels like ODH has invested more in him and has plans for him and wouldn't risk those, given the size of his stable. But maybe he just decided to let them determine who GBP pushes in the ring.

I like when promoters do that.

yeah Orozco has been there longer but they been pushing Gibson pretty well too. Most times promoters steers these guys away from each other until 1 becomes world champ or until 1 gets knocked off and is then fed to the other. Refreshing to see 2 undefeated fighters in the same stable face off now rather then later.
