hmm if your 16 then then chances are the extra weight your carrying is fat and not muscle. it's difficult to say without a pic, but i'm going to go ahead and say your a little heavy. i'm 5'9 and around 159-162 depending on water weight and i'm pretty muscular, if i were you i'd drop around 10-15lbs.

im pretty stocky i lifted weights pretty hard for about a year and a half and then decided i wanted to box but i do have bodyfat that i need to lose. well thanks anymore opinions will be appreciated.

This is really the worst question to answer of the internet. Get yourself to a trainer, and get your bodyfat tested. Let your trainer decide. But eating clean, and training hard is all you should be worrying about right now. Once you get the proper techniques down, and are in good shape to even be ready to start fighting, your body will probably adjust naturally.

When I was fighting at 125 I was 5'9". One skinny little white boy that came to fight.

With that weight and height you will find many opponents much taller than you. I would try eating right and working hard to see where you can come down to.
