Twinkies are extremely effective for the abs. Not only do they have that soft outer cake but that filling inside aswell. With a shelf life of over 20 years, they should stay in your abs for atleast 2 or 3. Twinkies, Abdiel2k3 knows his ****. I havent ried the twinkie stuffed donut yet, but is certainly sounds promising. Good k to abdiel2k3!!!!

I prefer bacon-wrapped Twinkies, deep-fried in lard and topped with melted cheese and powdered sugar.
