Neck Strengtheners are great find them at

Here are few exercises though:

get on a mat with your legs planted about 2 feet apart, and bend over, supporting yourself with your head (use the forehead and the area above it, dont go to the top of the head - that just hurts). Now, rock your weight back and forward (nodding your head basically)...should work the neck. Try the same thing side to side, carefully.

Neck Bridge is great.

Lie Down flat and just life your head up and move it in a circular motion could help as well.

One of the things i do is lie down with my head off the edge of the ring, then just lower and raise my head slowly.

The neck weights spinks posted are very good too.

I have done the Back bridge up to 8 minutes, Start yourself slowly do it until you feel uncomfortable or do it about 1 minute and then add a few seconds each day you do it and build yourself up for it.

It's good for the neck and for flexibility and strength in the legs as well. KEEP GOOD FORM

For the raised neck exercises, do 4x25.

No problems yet from this end of the table, but totally get where you are coming from. It can be dangerous and anything to do with your neck you should take pre-cautionary measures.

Lie down- place a towel on your forehead & hold a dumbell on there. Curl upwards, it a good one.
