Well, he beat four, yes FOUR 100% HOF'ers and obviously barely anyone has done that so I'd say he's atleast Top 2.

The guy never took risks. He retired during his prime and returned only to fight only once a year. That weighs in a ton on my decision. Probably between 60-70

Ricky Hatton at 147? Past prime oscar at 154? late 30s shane who was off for a year and a half yet managed to almost KHTFO? Castillo who beat him the first time?
he has yet TO FACE a LEGIT PRIME HALL OF FAMER.

For those who place him outside of the top 50 I would be interested to see their complete top 50 list with explanation. Just to see how many saying this are legit vs just dont like him.
