          Don't be surprised, if TMT shows they can market their fighters well and get them dates on HBO and SHO over and over, if other fighters come over when their contracts are up.

                    From what I've understood, "Mayweather Promotions" was a promo company in name only. They were never licensed, but piggy-backed with "Golden Boy". One can only speculate as to why this was the case, but it would appear that Floyd lacked something necessary to get licensed.
