What a horrible plan. Martinez should have left him when he had the chance. Not sure who would pick him up. Probably GBP?
He should fight Lee, Quillin, Geale and Sturm. Perhaps let Lee and Quillin face each other and fight the winner. Then try Pirog and Golovkin. Chavez would be cornered. No easy way out but to vacate and move up. I don't know the WBC would be able to pull strings to get a belt with Ward holding it.
He could go that brave route or go a ****ty one. Fight Abraham, Margarito, and possibly Taylor. 3 names that aren't any good but will give him some money. That or go to 154 and challenge everyone like Kirkland, Lara, and Martirosyan. Lots of directions he can go. He just needs to hurry up and get the ball rolling.
