I dont usually bother tho personally, the science seems solid but i dont see or feel a difference tbh

Yes, a reasonable amount daily as a supplement that is an ingredient in my protein powder which goes into my morning fruit smoothie. And sometimes I will buy it in pill form and add a little daily, if I'm going to the gym regularly, which I hate to say hasn't happened in a while...

Yep it works, I used phd Synergy for a good three months training and noticed a good difference, when compared to not using it. You can get the same effects from eating the right protein, but its not as immediate in your digestion when you need it.
Plus it tastes pretty good, some of the creatine out there can make you wretch, its so bad. If you see some in tropical flavour, avoid!
