Technically he did in Pride when the WW limit was at 182 to 183 pounds, but I didn't count that, in his debut fight he fought as a LW in the Brazil Open, and LW down there was a limit of 173-174 pounds.

of course hendos not the p4p goat, but this shoots him up the current p4p rankings a bit.

Apart from that loss to shields hes got a pretty legit run.

            People....you gotta understand one thing.

As a ref your job is to protect these fighters' lives. You can compare it to Barry/Congo or whatever, but at the end of the day....look what happened...

Fedor went LIMP, he fell flat to the floor, and his muscles went loose. That is an absolute moment to stop the fight. Any blows beind dealt after will seriously hurt the fighter, that is not a joke.

People always talk about what IFS....Fedor was regaining control etc. all that doesn't really matter because that's in HINDSIGHT. The ref makes a decision in about 1 sec. time and Fedor's reaction to the punch was terrible, he went limp, ref stopped it.

I'd like to see this match again, amazing fight!

btw. anyone notice after Hendo landed that uppercut how incredibly VICIOUS this man's Ground & Pound is? The velocity of his shots is incredible, what an agressive puncher.

That's what these guys seem to forget. Fedor was underneath Dan who was raining down the destruction. There is no coming back from that. When was the last time Fedor even submitted a top fighter??? Stop crying and give credit where it is due. Dan Henderson is the man, now he needs to rematch Anderson Silva to get his soul back.
