Anyone see Gary Russell Jr. fight last night?

Damn dude. I have been paying attention to him the past year or so cause he is going to be the man in boxing in coming years.

Great offensive and defensive abilities and possibly the fastest hands in the sport.

With him in the mix eventually the featherweight and super featherweight divisions are going to be very fun to watch.

He threw a combination with speed and power that I have never seen before. That was insane.

he will have haters soon I am sure especially on this Forum lol

but I like how he is working his way up the ranks the old school way, instead of like some of these other prospects who are labeled the next big then they spend their entire career trying to "LIVE UP TO THE HYPE"

it is something special about the guy IMO but it is still very early in his career, I think he might have the fastest hands in boxing

Im actually pretty surprised he hasnt been hyped up too much anywhere. He is very exciting and has a huge potential but yet Im always forced to watch his undercard fights on streams or we find out the day before he has been pulled from a card.

Hes the fastest fighter in boxing imo. I saw a combo last night that had me standing up in awe. He was on some Meldrick Taylor shyt.

yeah that is true, but I think that is a GREAT THING that he hasn't received the hype like others

let people keep sleeping on him, in a few years they are going to be looking around asking themselves "Where Did This Guy Come From!?!?" But fellow Boxers and Trainers and Promoters...they are well aware of him and his talent and abilities
