Exclamation 5 week weight gain

hi,
could any1 help me:
Im currently 7 1/2 stone and wish to gain between 1 and 1 1/2 stone in 5 weeks.
However, i dont want this stone (or stone and a half) to be all fat and i want this weight gain to be beneficial to boxing, so i wish to increase muscle mass to develop speed and power.

hw says he weights 105 and wants to be 125 to 130

my best advice is just go to the weight room and work legs and shoulders and chest

the best way to put on weight is by working legs

Sorry bout that i forgot you use different units to us in the UK.

Basically i wanna put on some weight in 5 weeks, are there any more suggestons other than working legs.

Work With Weights Lower Your Fat Burning Cardio Work Outs And Just Use Weights In Repetition Form Not High Weight Form! If You Dont Understand What I Mean I'm Saying Do More Reps With Half The Weight You Normally Do Compared To Less Reps With More Weight. I Found That Way Makes You Tone Faster You Build Muscle As Well As Make Stamina Better In Your Muscles.

Stick to these excersizes! Clean and jerk, squats, military press and bench press. You should be able to put on alot of power and strenght and muscle mass since those are compound movements.


but also remember to EAT plenty! and drink protien shakes.

but it will take you at least 2 months to go up to 130 or 125 with not much fat. You will have some fat regardless. you cannot put that much muscle weight without fat in 5 weeks that fast! unless you take roids.
