Drink Energy Drinks before a Boxing Match?
Do you? Would it be safe? Or would ppl say its a PED?

Those things will give you a short-term energy boost but your energy levels would drop before too long. I imagine an energy drink would be likely to lead to a boxer tiring in the later rounds, or even the mid-rounds.
Not only that but a well conditioned boxer will likely have enough energy to fight with a high tempo early on anyway. So overall I don't think it'd be worth it.

Do not drink energy drinks before a fight! They dehydrate you and make your blood pressure high, they will not benefit you at all. I almost collapsed during sparring because of an energy drink.

Co-Sign Huey, same here. I was dehydrated and almost passed out from the caffeine. Then again I forgot to take my HBP medication, you got high blood pressure as well?
