what are some good work outs and sets and conditioning routines that a person who is just starting out in the sport?

just going to the gym is a good start.. jumping rope running 1-6 miles and doing sprimts up a big ass hill.

i use weights to work shoulders,arms and legs.i use body weight or a medball to work everything else.
