1993 rumble is one of the better rumbles.. above average and very memorable.. def not the greatest but forever will be remembered for the debut of Gonzalez in that horrible body suit, and the fact that macho man lost the rumble by trying to pin Yokozuna and got tossed.. yeah that's right, macho man went for a pin, like WTF..
Undercard was good looking back..
Micheals vs Jannette was supposed to begin a long feud but Marty got fired shortly after this
Bret hart should have had a return match with ric flair. Let flair put over hart again, blame mr perfect, and then put over perfect in the way out back to wcw

I remember when the Royal Rumble was the best event of the year back in the 90s.
Every rumble this decade sucked. They've either been too predictable, and/or the last guy everyone wanted to win ended up winning. Besides a few surprise entrants and Kofi Kingston highlights, they've been mostly forgettable.
I'm starting to think the Royal Rumble's only purpose now is for Vince McMahon to troll the audience.
