Thanks I appreciate the feedback. As you can tell, I love MMA. I thought the best way to giveback is by writing some articles here and there. Since I doubt I will ever be approached by BlackBelt mag or grappling mag, I figured this would be the best way. I appreciate your feedback both positive and negative.
